Our Story

Bringing India's Flavours to Hokkaido

Founded by Giri Rajan, Giri Global Group was built on one conviction: the rich, aromatic world of authentic Indian curry deserved a permanent, beloved home on Japan's northern island. What began as a single restaurant in Sapporo has grown into nine locations across six Hokkaido cities.

Every dish is prepared using whole spices sourced directly from India — ground fresh daily in each kitchen. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just the honest, deep flavour of real Indian cooking.
